Silberline Manufacturing has promoted Joseph Balascik to director of marketing. Mr. Balascik, a 19-year veteran of Silberline Manufacturing, most recently held the position of director, quality systems. He has a bachelor’s degree in human relations from Mansfield University and a master’s degree in organizational management from College Misericordia.
